There are a variety of different types of heated motorcycle grips. And they vary considerably in cost. What are the main differences?
The following article lists out three general categories of motorcycle heated grips, with a noted variation.
However, there is one more, but it is NOT available for most motorcycles: that would be heated motorcycle grips provided your motorcycle manufacturer, available as an add-on. The few bikes that have that option available are typically larger bikes that lend themselves to motorcycle touring.

Harley Davidson has a website. So does every other motorcycle company. For that matter, so does most every other business in the world.
But how many websites have a Harley Davidson Motorcycle Museum?
Go to Harley-Davidson.com and click on MUSEUM and then TAKE A VIRTUAL TOUR OF THE H-D MUSEUM to hop over downtown Milwaukee where the physical museum resides. There are a number of motorcycle museums in the world. But this is THE Harley Davidson museum.

I read a lot of motorcycle magazines. One of my favorites is MOTORCYCLE CONSUMER NEWS.
This is also my most expensive motorbike mag. One thing that makes this one particularly unique is that they have no advertisements (and, so the logic goes, they are not beholden to any advertisers, so they are more apt to NOT pull any punches on something they think is non-optimum. Each monthly issue is 100% good stuff.
Now, some guys like the ads: they just want to keep tabs on what kind of gear and bikes are being advertised. Since all of my other mags are filled with advertisements, I have no shortage of such exposure.
Bottom line: I like the writers and I like the mag.

Could there be such a thing as ugly Harley Davidson boots?
I mean, aren’t we talking about the company that epitomizes style and cool?
Well, while you weren’t looking, Harley has sold their logo to anyone that makes anything – regardless of how good, bad or crass it may appear. (Do we REALLY need Harley Davidson underwear?)
Anyway, check out this post on The Good, Genuinely Bad and Truly Ugly

What’s up with Ducati?
Other motorcycle manufacturers also make very able, great motorbikes, too. And they also make supermoto bikes.
But Ducati seems to add some indescribable element that lends a sex appeal that just makes their machines the jewels of the motorcycle world.
The Ducati Hypermotard 1100 is another amazing, award-winner from that famous Italian motorcycle maker.

The two most powerful and fastest production motorcycles.
This is the kind of power that the vast majority of individuals will never have personally experienced anywhere else in life.
These motorcycle are like land-based missiles, in more ways than one. Sure, they are fast, but in the wrong hands they are a weapon of destruction – primarily for any inexperienced rider who may be hanging on to the hand grips.
If you up to the challenge of taming the top of the sport bike speed throne, you will be riding either a Kawasaki ZX14 or a Suzuki Hyabusa.

For many decades, Kidney Belts for motorcycle riders have seen their most common use in the dirt. Motocross and dirt-bike riders use them for additional back support and to keep their innards from bouncing around while blasting up and down and all around.
Street riders will find that Kidney Belts will extend their comfort and riding enjoyment, particularly for multi-hour excursions, since such belts bolster a biker’s back, making it easier to keep one’s back straight for a longer time.
If you haven’t tried a Kidney Belts for YOUR street riding – give it a try.

Harley Davidson launched an all-new motorcycle this year: the XR1200.
However, they launched it in Europe and not in America. That was a first for the big American Motor Company in its 100+ years of making motorcycles.
They did so because they conceived the unique XR1200 would be more appreciative of its “standard” or “naked” styling. The bike is a unique in another way: it’s a not a cruiser, which is of course the style of motorcycle that has made Harley Davidson a world phenomena.
Regardless, on Dec 5, 2008, Harley Davidson unveiled their 2009 XR1200 to North America in Long Beach, CA at the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show. So, the XR1200 has come home.
